A doctor from the Center for Evaluation of Autonomy and Disability (CEAH)<\/a> determines whether your child is eligible for a supplement to the child benefits. The doctor evaluates the impact of the condition or disability<\/strong> on your child and your family.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

This evaluation <\/a>is based on a medical-social scale<\/strong> divided into three pillars:<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

  1. The physical and mental effects<\/strong> of the condition on your child.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The impact on your child’s daily life<\/strong> (mobility, learning ability, personal care, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The impact on the family’s daily life<\/strong> (transportation, adaptation of the living environment, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
