
Attention to phishing attempts in the name of Famiris

We have received reports of fraudsters contacting families by phone and asking for banking details in order to make a payment. Famiris will never request financial information by phone or email. We never ask for a copy of your bank card, nor for codes or passwords.
Did you receive a call or email that seems suspicious? Do not engage: do not click on anything, do not reply, and do not share any information. Immediately contact your case manager directly (you can find their contact details on our letters and in myFamiris) or call us on our free general number 0800 35 950.
