How often does my child’s condition or disability need to be reassessed?
A new evaluation of the condition is automatically scheduled when the supplement’s benefit period is nearing its end. A few months before the previous decision’s expiration date, the CEAH will send the medical-social forms to the person receiving the child benefits to reassess the child’s condition.
If you want an earlier reassessment because your child’s condition has changed, you need to request it through your file manager at Famiris.
