Will I receive a higher amount if I am unemployed?
It’s possible. Whether you are entitled to a higher amount (social supplement) depends on your income. Your family situation (single or cohabiting) and the number of children in your family are also taken into account.
Your family income must not exceed a certain amount. We consider not only your socio-professional income (salaries and taxable benefits) but also the cadastral income of the family. If your cadastral income exceeds €2,000 (non-indexed), you are not eligible for the social supplement.
