What should I do if I haven’t received my child benefits?

There can be several reasons why you haven’t received your child benefits. Contact your personal file manager at Famiris. They will check for you and assist you.

You can find your file manager’s contact details:

  • on every letter from Famiris
  • via myFamiris, your online child benefits file
