What documents are needed to apply for increased child benefits?
To apply for a supplement for a child with a disability or condition (increased child benefits), you need to contact your child benefits fund. You do not need to attach any documents to your application.

The Center for Evaluation of Autonomy and Disability (CEAH) will assess your child’s condition or disability and will provide you with all the necessary information and forms.
