Submit your child’s medical certificate to your case manager at Famiris immediately. You can find the contact details of your case manager in our letters and via the myFamiris customer portal.
You can continue to receive child benefits for up to one year if your child interrupts their studies due to illness or an accident. This period can be extended under certain conditions. Contact your case manager to review your specific situation.
