How long does it take for my child benefits application to be processed?

For some cases, we need additional information from official agencies (e.g., when there is an international dimension). This also affects the processing time.
Once your file is created, you will receive a letter from us. This letter will include the contact details of your personal case manager who will carefully manage your file.
